Agenda: -TRE: A powerful 30 minute session with light stretching and pelvic floor work to help you move and release stuck energy and trauma. -Deep Dive Breathwork: Starting gently we work our way through several rounds of breath to an eventual crescendo that induces states of liberation and euphoria. -Cold plunge and sauna: Stay after and enjoy contrast therapy in Soul Plunge's beautiful cold plunge and infrared sauna. We begin with trauma release exercises that are scientifically proven to release trauma from the body using a series of simple but powerful exercises that work with the psoas and pelvic floor muscles to stimulate the central nervous system. This powerful practice is helpful both for trauma and general stress relief. You'll be held in a safe container to be able to process your experience with other participants and invited to unpack and share your experience after it's over. The benefits of this workshop can include rapid healing, trauma release, creative thinking, problem solving, improved sleep, improved immune system function, decreased inflammation and overall well-being. These two powerful practices are helpful both for trauma and general stress relief.
