The more we understand about our nervous system the more we understand how vital a role it plays in our overall health and well-being. So many of us are living under the hormones of stress, our “fight or flight” mechanism that leaves our body and mind no space for rest and repair. It’s estimated that over 80% of chronic disease is lifestyle related.
If you feel like you struggle with burnout or you can’t recover from a traumatic event, this is the retreat for you.
On this retreat you’ll have an opportunity to break the cycle of being yourself. What does that mean? When we rehearse the same behaviors, decisions, situations and even people every day, we often begin to feel stuck. We lose hope in a new way of being. Our existence feels limited.
How do we help you do that?
First, change your environment. By stepping into something new you’re already signaling to your brain and body that change is on the way. You begin to become excited about potential rather than rehearsing the thoughts and feelings of your past. This is the place where you begin to feel unlimited.
Then we immerse you in an environment designed for healing. A private sanctuary in the hills of San Diego where all you have to focus on is taking care of yourself. We will be your guides from sunrise to sunset giving you just the right balance of engaging group activities, one on one attention, and down time to integrate your experience. You’ll be nourished by the warm California sun, private-chef prepared meals and a staff that feels like family.

Our home
Cactus Blossom Retreat Center is our home for our Digital Detox Retreats. It is a peaceful and stunning property backdropped by 360 panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. It has a salt water pool and hot tub and it’s own private hiking trails. It is the perfect place to immerse yourself in a healing reset. All rooms are well appointed with hotel quality beds, linens and amenities. It is the perfect balance of comfort and amenities, like a five star hotel that also feels like your favorite aunt’s house.
